Just as Wonder Woman, Mary Cotter is truly a superhero. She has recently celebrated her 103rd birthday at the Montclair Senior Center, California, where she’s been volunteering for the last 25 years. The Wonder Woman costume she wore at her birthday “party” is a gift from her friends.
Although it was her birthday, she served with drinks the members of the senior center as usual. They affectionately call her their “barmaid”. “They call me the barmaid because I’m serving drinks,” Cotter told ABC news, adding that her birthday was “just another day.”
Nothing is slowing her down. She drives five days a week to and from the center, rain or shine it doesn’t matter. She just keeps on going.
What’s the secret to living a long life, according to Cotter? “Just keep busy, I guess”. In fact, she’s been busy for years: in 1930, Cotter helped her high-school win the state swim championship, she taught swimming to children into her 60s and helped rescue sea turtles in her 90s.

Although everyone is amazed by her unstoppable energy at 103, she remains clam and say: “I don’t know, just another day went by.”
She is such an inspiration!
