You should know that there is a simple trick that you can do with your tongue and mouth. It will reduce the time you can’t fall asleep each night. This trick is called the “4-7-8” breathing method.
The key to success is to make sure it takes you two times longer to exhale the air than it took you to inhale it. You have to repeat it for 4 breaths.
If you really have troubles falling asleep at night, Harvard-trained Dr Andrew Weil has a method that he describes to be a “natural tranquilizer for the nervous system”.
