Let’s be honest: life is hard so it drives us to be individualists. It’s okay to think about yourself first because you have to survive but what would you do if you saw someone in need?
Can $5 or $10 make a difference? Yes! With $5 we can change the world as we know it. We just have to open our eyes to see the people near us and not just our daily problems. And by helping others, those that really need our help, can help us back. Yes, we don’t think like that, but it can make us feel that we’ve made a difference. And some things just get back to us when we need them the most. Not when we want to.
We are not alone in this world and if more people wouldkeep that in mind and stop being so individualists, we could really make this world a better place. For us and for those who will come.
The story you will read is about a stranger’s act of kindness at a McDonald’s, and it will definitely change your day. And we could learn an important lesson from it.
