Pentatonix’s Chilling Rendition Of ‘Hallelujah’ Is Going Viral

An accapella group recently released an unique and wonderful rendition of Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah”.

Over time, Leonard Cohen’s incredible song “Hallelujah” was covered by may artists and groups. It has had over 300 other known covers. But Pentatonix’s version may be the best of all!

The video was uploaded on Friday, 21 Oct, on Youtube and in a matter of days it has already been viewed over 6 million times.

It is the first release of their album, “A Pentatonix Christmas”, that features versions of “White Christmas,” “God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen.” Besides these covers you can hear other tracks that will get you into the Christmas mood.

Since they were formed in 2011 the group have achieved stunning musical success. When Pentatonix won the third season of “The Sing Off” on NBC they earned $200,000 and a recording contract with Sony Music.

Currently they are the 13th most subscribed channel with over 11 million YouTube subscribers and more than 1.54 billion total views.
